Leveraging and embedding advances in technology (ICT4Ag / digital extension) for scaling

• Content development for use in digital extension - leveraging instructional design and adult learning theories.
• Quality assurance and quality control (across channels, but with a focus on the mobile channel)
• ICT-enabled ‘blended-learning’ agricultural advisory services - a complete ecosystem including LMS/LRS (mobile and offline compatible), SMS/IVR solutions, serious games, etc.

‘Capacity to scale’ support

• Supporting partners to implement evidence-based development approaches.
• Carrying out capacity need assessments, preparing capacity development intervention strategies, and a range of training and monitoring support for development partners implementing livestock solutions.

Linkages to financial services

• Facilitating finance access to partners including credit and insurance solutions to de-risk and catalyze the scaling potential of ‘bankable’ livestock solutions.
